@@ 鲜人参炖乌鸡 @@

材料:新鲜人参 30克, 乌鸡1只,瘦肉150克,火腿肉 15 克,红枣6粒, 陈皮3克
做法:1。乌鸡处理好洗净,瘦肉洗干净,一起放入沸水内煮5分钟,取出冲干 净。2。鲜人参, 火腿洗干净,红枣去核 洗干净,陈皮泡软刮去瓤。3。 将乌鸡,瘦肉及其他才料放入炖盅内,加盅盖放入锅内,隔水猛火炖30分钟,改慢火再炖3小时,加盐调味即成。
功效:滋补气血,润肤养颜。
长期服用对贫血症,气血不足者有一定的治疗功效。

Ingredients: 30g fresh ginseng, 1 black chicken, 150g lean meat, 15g ham, 6 red date, and 3g dried tangerine peel.

Soak and clean tangerine peel. 3. Put black chicken, lean pork all other ingredients into steaming bowl. Cover. Put bowl into steaming pot. Double boil over high heat for 30 minutes. Lower heat. Double boil for 3 hours more. Season with salt and serve.

Medical function: good to generate red blood cells and strengthen the qi circulation. Maintain beauty and prevent skin retrogression and keep youthfulness.
