如何泡发猪脚筋和鹿脚筋
先把猪筋或鹿筋用清水洗净,再泡入清水中泡12-24 小时。浸泡至无硬蕊为止。盛处切段,再用葱1条和姜1小块放入锅中把猪脚筋和鹿筋出水煮沸。盛起放入清水泡浸及可备用。

姜葱焖生蚝
生蚝 600克。 烧肉150克。姜75克。葱38克。 蒜头2粒。 酒1茶匙。
蚝油1汤匙。酱油1汤匙。糖1/2茶匙。麻油少许。胡椒粉少许。上汤1/2杯。
生粉1茶匙。水。
生蚝用生粉擦干,飞水抹干。
先烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜和葱,随后即将烧肉倒入下炒一会,再加入生蚝,兜均匀,下调味品和酒,以中火焖至入味,下葱段,以生粉勾芡, 加入麻油即可。

Add oyster and stir fry. Pour in seasoning and wine. Simmer over medium-low heat and simmer until the oysters pick up the seasoning. Put in spring onion. Pour in sesame oil and serve.

治经痛, 不仅仅是止痛

松茸名称的由来历史悠久,最早源于中国。大约7000年前,松茸诞生于中国横断山脉的香格里拉原始森林中。到了宋哲宗元佑年间(1082~1094),唐慎微著《经史证类备急本草》业已启用,因该菌生于松林下,菌蕾如鹿茸,故名松茸。宋代陈仁玉著的《菌谱》中称此菌为松蕈,明代李时珍的《本草纲目》把松蕈列在香蕈条下,又称台蕈、合蕈,后经小林义雄考证,认为松蕈即松茸(TricholomaMatsutake)。
