味甘，微苦，性温。归肝，肾经。功效：补益精血，固肾乌须。 常配合当归，熟地，党参，北芪等药同用。用量为6-12克。用水煎服。
参考汤料：老首乌黑发汤
首乌 1片， 黑豆 50g ，红枣10粒，当归和川芎各2小片，瘦肉或排骨 500各慢火煮2-3小时调味即可。
It medicinal properties are sweet, slightly bitter in flavor, warm in nature, attributive to the liver and kidney meridians. It actions to benefits the essence and blood, invigorate the kidney to make hair black. It is use to combined with dang gui, sou di, dang shen, bei qi , and etc…It usage is 6-12g., decoction to oral use.
Suggest combination: lao shou wu 1pic,hei dou 50g, hong zao 10pic, dang gui and chuan xiong 2slice each. pork rib 500g boil in low fire for 2-3hrs and serve.
