如何泡发猪脚筋和鹿脚筋

先把猪筋或鹿筋用清水洗净,再泡入清水中泡12-24 小时。浸泡至无硬蕊为止。盛处切段,再用葱1条和姜1小块放入锅中把猪脚筋和鹿筋出水煮沸。盛起放入清水泡浸及可备用。

Soak pig or deer tendon in water for 12-24 hour until it soften. Remove and cut.
Use 1 spring onion and 1 small piece of ginger boil with the pig or deer tendon for a while and remove. Soak in cool water and is ready to use.
