人参合桃瘦肉汤

功效:补益气血,补脑益智,安心宁神,调节生理周期,减轻压力,减轻情绪不稳或紧张。很适合大人,小孩,或老年人饮用。你可以试用,味道很好。野山人参30g 合桃肉100g-150g,红枣10-15粒,瘦肉300g-500g 盐和酒适量 [ 酒。一般用的是花调酒 ]先洗干净人参和合桃肉,把红枣去核,清洗干净,洗干净瘦肉,飞水后冲干净。烧滚适量水,放入人参,合桃,瘦肉和红枣,水滚后改慢火煲3小时,
