党参 [ 炒/制党参][ Codonopsis pilo-sula nannf ]本品为桔梗科植物党参的根。性味:甘,平,入脾,肺经。功效:补中益气。炒/制党参功效和润,健脾力较强。党参即可补脾胃而益肺气,又能以气以补血,主要用于脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,虚实相兼等症。党参补气功效与人参相似。但功力较弱,但胜在产量多,价亦较廉。但如遇到虚脱危重之症,急需补气固脱,因党参力薄,当用人参为宜。用于气虚不足,倦怠乏力,气急喘促,脾虚食少,面目浮肿,久泻脱肛等症。常配与淮山,黄芪,白术,云苓,当归,熟地等药材同用。现代药用研究:对神经系统有兴奋作用,能增强机体低抗力,增加红细胞和血红蛋白,扩张血管而降低血压作用。近期又用增强人体细胞的防御作用以低抗癌细胞曾长。

现在党参一般上都配合北芪,淮山,茯苓,龙眼肉和杞子同用。功效在于补中益气。加入杜仲,巴戟,川芎,当归可以强腰壮骨。加入白芍,老熟地,当归可以补血活血。加入云苓,白术可以健脾强胃,有助消化。

Huai shan [淮山], fu shen [茯神], dang gui [当归], chuan xiong [川芎], long yan [龙眼肉], qi zi [杞子].
