白萝卜炖牛肉汤

白罗卜能清热,去燥,化痰润肺。
用白罗卜1kg, 牛肉300克,瘦肉200克,红枣6粒,姜3片,陈皮1/4片,水适量。
白罗卜去皮,切块和红枣,陈皮,姜用清水洗干净。牛肉和瘦肉用开水烫洗,冲干净。
将所有材料放入炖盅,放入炖锅内,隔水猛火炖20分钟后改慢火炖3小时。加盐调味即成。
Ingredients:
White carrot 1kg, beef 300g, pork meet 200g, 6 red date, 3slices ginger,1/4dry tangerine peel and any suitable amount of boiling water.
Method:
Peel and wash white caret, cut into diamond shape, wash all ingredients, use hot water to rinse and wash beef and pork meat, put all ingredient into steaming bowl and cover, then put bowl into steaming pot. Double boil over high heat for 20minutes and turn to lower heat double boil for 3 hours. Season with salt ,wine and serve.
