蚝干苦瓜排骨汤 [ 清热降火,凉血排毒 ]

韩国大蚝干100g. 苦瓜1 条 [ 350g ]. 排骨300g. 姜3 片. 酒2茶匙. 盐。
先把蚝干浸片刻,洗净后沥干水分,把苦瓜切块去种子洗净备用。
排骨切块洗净后飞水,盛起把水分沥干。起锅烧热1汤匙油,爆香姜片及蚝干,下酒,加水待滚,转入瓦煲内,放入排骨煲1个半小时,加入苦瓜煲软,加盐调味即成。
Ingredients:
Oysters 100g. Bitter gourd 350g. Pork rip 300g. 3 slices ginger. 2 tea spoons of wine. Salt.
Soak dried oysters in water for a while. Wash and drain. Wash bitter gourd and remove pith, cut into dominoes shape. Wash pork rip, blanch in boiled water, remove and rinse, drain. Heat 1table spoon of oil, saute ginger slices and dried oysters, sizzle wine. Add water and bring to the boil, transfer to a casserole. Put in pork rip and cook for 1 and a half hours. Add bitter gourd and cook until it is tender, season with salt and serve.
